Simply UK combined with Yeoman McAllister created a design for a new contemporary, luxury care home at Bridge of Allan. The brief included provision for a café, private dining area, salon, cinema and gym. The design was adapted to suit the challenging topography of the site and the requirements of the conservation area. The design also retains the existing category C listed villa at the heart of the new building.
