The main stand was developed to be double sided and create a frontage and viewing galleries to both the full pitch and the training facilities. The design features 2 curved triangulated steel beams which have become synonymous with Boroughmuir Rugby Club. The stadium was part of a larger regeneration project which also included new residential apartments adjacent to the Canal.
