Urban regeneration of the former Lochrin Canal Basin. Yeoman McAllister’s residential development provided 39no. flats and penthouse flats, incorporating basement car park and landscaped podium deck. The overall scale and contemporary architectural form was the successful interface between the existing urban fabric and the remainder of the masterplanned redevelopment proposals.
